Introducing the 'IoTEdge-RT6X' handled by Terra Solutions Inc. The i.MX RT carries the i.MX name but is an MCU, running operating systems like Nuttx, FreeRTOS, and embOS. It primarily operates on RTOS and does not run Linux. However, the performance of the 600MHz superscalar Cortex M7, which operates with built-in SRAM, is significantly faster than that of Cortex A7 and is a system that packs the performance of a processor that runs solely on built-in SRAM and SPI-NOR into an MCU.
